Balanced Score Card Essay
The balanced score card is a management system that is designed to change a businesses mission, vision and whole strategy in order to complete the goals and ideas of the business successfully. Accountability and Communication are the main components of the score card approach. The management team needs to be able to create goals that each employee responsible for a section are able to achieve and understand the given task completely. The higher management should have the completed management plan ready to show the mission, vision, and strategy that the health care business is trying to achieve. Gathered information, and staffing needs will be able to intermingle with the (PPACA) Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The score card ideas …show more content…
The score board is a way for management to create for the companies a set of plans to put in place one goal at a time achieving each one and making sure the direction of each goal is heading in the correct direction it needs to be. The balanced score card has four points that need to be achieved in order to create the strategic management implementation system those points are financial, customer, learning/ growth and internal perspective. A health care organization that has a good strategic management plan, and score card will excel. Each facility has a different type of health care goal that they are looking for, the different out comes with each score card they have in place, for-profit looks for financial and earnings, public mental health looks for non-financial and more towards the patient that is being treated. The ideas set for the score card once achieved will create a successful outcome, the score card will help teach how to make the management plan step by step one that improves by making sure each idea fits like a glove and then is able to be used successfully by each of the employees within that
