What’s the issue? You’d expect that the midterms would have more since it includes more local. This legislation affects you more than the president would. Yet every 4-year cycle we go presidential election nice amount of people. Then midterm no one cares. This is an issue that in my opinion haunts the thought of our modern-day politics and how they function. It’s a focal point of our democracy and how our country works in changing for the future as well. Is the country at fault as well for so much emphasis on the presidential election that the other ones pale in comparison? I think both voters and our government are at fault. Whatever the case may be it needs to be fixed. But hey, in 2020 The Kid will be voting and you know he won't be “kidding around”(Beautiful pun wasn’t it). However, that’s just how we feel.
