My first observation about the advertisement is the flexibility of the bandaid. The question in my mind is if the hulk had the band aid on before he transformed into the hulk showing that the band aid wont rip or be damaged. I think because during hulk transformation all the things he wears either break or rip and become damaged. I think the creators of the ad wanted us to think about the fact that one of the biggest super hero’s needs to wear a band aid. Because even super hero’s need bandaids because even they can get hurt, so I think they are trying to show that no one is invincible and even super hero’s can get hurt. I think that they are making Hulk the one to wear the bandaid because he is less likely to get hurt because he is the biggest one, but I think they are trying to show us that everyone uses and wears bandaids.
I think that the band aid company did a good job in directing the advertisement to a certain age group. It seems like the advertisement is directed towards a younger geographic and wants the attention of the people who love super hero’s. They zoom in on Hulks hand in the picture and emphasizes how big his hand is and adds a lot of detail to just that part of the body. It shows how recognizable he is and that anyone could guess that it was him even if you didn’t watch or know about super hero’s that
