Bank Muscat Analysis
Bank is an organization where people can save their money, invest or take loans in big amounts to get what they want such as, cars loans or house loans and business loans … etc. Banks can make people and business life easier where they can withdraw their money any time. There are many banks in Oman. Some banks are well known with their excellent reputation because of the easy and fast services and some are known with their excellent customer service. There are a lot of banks in Oman, some are very well known and some are not! Some of the banks are very innovative and people trust their services and also recommend their friend to open an account with them. So bank are mainly about how to satisfy the customers and provide new services every time to attract people to their bank and invest their money with them plus staying with them for long time.

Bank Muscat is one of the most known banks in Oman. It was established on 1983 and the CEO is Abdulrazaq Al Issa. Bank Muscat has a great reputation in Oman. It has many facilities for its employees, which make the employees happy to work at it and therefore do their work in a perfect way with great customer service. It provides special bounces for the staff which make them work harder

Even though, they use numbers to serve every customer but still customers are waiting for long time in some branches. They need to use more staff in some branches or build a bigger bank in those areas to avoid any delay in the service and to get the maximum satisfaction from their customers. Bank muscat can provide more services online to sustain their successful services in Oman. Since every one now are opening their own business, Bank Muscat can provide a special loans for people who wants to start their business with special installments that suits
