Researching Barack and Hillary’s political roles and leadership revealed many similarities in their background and positions, but they are obviously two very different individuals. They have different delivery and different ways of accomplishing tasks. Both are currently in the constant spotlight, which made it particularly easy to research and compare styles. With Barack being more predominant as the president of the United States, it was easier to find information explaining his leadership style. Hillary, however, had been more behind the scenes making a little more difficult to find information, despite being a politician for decades.
