Barack Obama then went on to discuss the current issues that the United States and the world was facing. Among these issues, he mentioned the economy and the Iraq War. When referring to America’s friends and enemies, he said “And when discussing America’s forward-thinking challenges, he said Finally, when unleashing his vision of how great the nation of the United States of America could be, he The emphasis of the words YES, WE CAN still help the nation to progress in terms of equality towards race, and gender, economy, and the political and social state of America.
This speech may have not changed America as a whole but it sure did help the country understand the value of equality and respect. It also helped the country understand how to overcome the issues that are currently being faced by not only the United States but the entire world
