• The Human Resource Development manages the training and development segment of the organization. The activities are carried out under the Apprenticeship Scheme which is mandatory requirement by DGET i.e. director general employee and training and RDAT i.e. regional director apprenticeship training. Every 5 employees need to have one apprentice compulsory under these schemes. A three day induction training is carried out for trainees in which theoretical and practical knowledge is given. Competency mapping is done for existing employees so that any loopholes if any can be bridges in with new techniques of training.
RECOGNITION
For any organization to be successful, each and every employee of that organization needs to be successful with his or her individual goals. When employees know their work and effort is being appreciated they channelize their personal aspirations towards organization’s goal. A person who is satisfied with his job and has a good self-esteem will surely work more efficiently. Also, not all employees respond in the same manner to the same type off recognition. For some employees find satisfaction and respect in monetary aspects of the job and for the others non-monetary parameters work.
