Baseball Field Observation
On Thursday, December 1, 2016, at approximately 1500 hours, Lorena M. Herrera came to campus security and safety office to report that her vehicle windshield had been damaged near the parking garage and across the baseball field.
Ms. Herrera is an employee at the university (housekeeping department). During my interview with Herrera, she stated that while driving down to the garage across from the baseball field, a baseball came out of nowhere and hit the windshield of her vehicle which caused visible damage to her vehicle. (Photo attached below). A personal statement was obtained which will be attached to this report. I gathered all the necessary information needed and advised Ms. Herrera that a report will be generating regarding this
