One special characteristic that caught my eyes about this company is the many, many awards that overlap each other. For a company to have so many awards is amazing, but for a company to have numerous amounts of awards that overlap is proficient. This tells me that this company is not advancing on judgmental standards but this company is advancing on hard work, labor, research, teamwork and most of all the drive to help others advance in life, to help others advance to life. Awards such as Safety Achievement Awards, Environmental Performance Award, Gold Health Awards, and in 2009 the company received second prize in all categories in France, all categories, the possibilities of this company are without limitations. The statement of hard work pays off describes the drive of Baxter. Baxter also, has awards for community support, so Baxter not only have the support of employees and businesses but also the community.
This company has awards for best place to work, that's a tough award to be presented to any workplace, because in order to enjoy a job you must want to work there. In order to want to work for any job, this business must offer “YOU” something, not referring to benefits or advancements but an offering of something that's worth the years and dedication. Take for example something as valuable as helping a family member when he or she becomes ill with an incurable disease or teaching employees abundance when they're lacking the knowledge of completion. Baxter has been developing for 80+ odd years. I will not make a quote on years because before the 1st ideal was put into process it was only an ideal so before Dr. Don Baxter along with the six employee’s completed those five IV solutions they had a wonderful ideal.
