    I saw Panera Bread stores many times, but I have never tried it. I will try it after reading your post. The concept that pay-what-you-can touches my mind. This is a good idea for non-profit organization. In Thailand, sometimes business usually have a short campaign like this, especially when they want to gather donation from people.
