This assignment discusses the business objective of a movable vehicle beauty salon for women. It also talks about their product/ service differentiation, their USP, Suppliers and other different aspects related to their business.(Tiffany, 2004). In short we can say that it is a concise business plan of a Beauty Salon focusing majorly on the convenience of their customers in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.

Business Objective
The business objective of the beauty salon is to provide a better service to their customers and achieve the greatest customer satisfaction. A good service is what all the ladies expect out of a good beauty salon as it is not only a one time service a parlor has to provide but rather a whole package of new a different experience to its customers. Therefore this Beauty Salon will offer all the beauty services the ladies are looking for including excellent service, quality products and an enjoyable and excellent atmosphere not only at a reasonable price/value relationship but also at their own doors providing them convenience as never before and giving them a different but an amazing experience while enjoying their services (Lee, 2011).

Business Ownership Type
It will be purely be a sole proprietorship. There will be a single owner of the Salon who will also be an in charge of management and finance as well as a beauty expert to give valuable suggestions to the customers, whereas loads of others workers will also be there who will be rendering services to the customers.

Supply Chain & Partners
The Salon appliances and accessories including hair products and hair appliances, makeup and other related products will be supplied by Sally beauty Supply LLC.
