Behavior Change Final Report Since I was sick the first week, I didn’t start on my behavior change plan until the second week of interterm. During that first week of lifting it went well. I stuck with my behavior change plan. I lifted Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Monday I focused on upper body like I said I would. On Wednesday I concentrated on my lower body muscles. On Friday I focused on strengthening my abdominal muscles. After a successful week I rewarded myself, like I said I would in my behavior change plan. After I finished my abdominal workout on Friday I went to Tropical Smoothie and got a strawberry banana smoothie. Like I said in my plan, this is a healthy reward because it has fruit in it. After that week I felt really good about myself and I physically felt a lot better. The Monday of the third week of interterm, I injured my hip while snowboarding. I probably could have done upper body lifting exercises, but I became really lazy. The whole third week I haven’t lifted at all. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be to convince myself to lift. It was also really hard that second week to stick to my behavior change plan. I would lift like I was supposed to on Monday, but then I would get bored on Tuesday and want to lift, but I couldn’t because I needed to stick to my behavior change plan. During the second week I was squatting 45 pounds for the first rep and then my second rep I added a 2.5-pound weight on both sides and then the third rep I added another 2.5-pound weight on both sides. So by the third rep I was squatting 50 pounds. When I was doing the bench press exercise I benched 45 pounds the first two reps and then added a 2.5-pound weight on both sides to make my third rep 50 pounds. I have been able to look up something about health that I want an answer too. I have been able to do this before this Wellness class, but now I know which information is reliable and which
