In america behavioral testing on humans was banned due to the in human ways of the tests. People couldn't deal with hurting another person so the tests stopped, where as in huxley’s novel people by creation do not show morals of right and wrong. During the beginning stages of life, the director in the new state puts them into shock therapy “ Children started screaming ; their faces were distorted with terror” (Huxley pg 21).
