What is diversity in psychology? Within this paper this student will analyze the diverse nature of psychology as a discipline. The influence of diversity on psychology’s major concepts will in addition be covered by this student as well as the identification of two sub disciplines and subtopics. Examples of these major concepts and their subjects will in addition be researched along with the theories of motivation, behaviorism, and cognition. This student will also be addressing the afore mentioned subdisciplines and topics can be applied to others disciplines and venues in contemporary society. Evaluating the Influence of Diversity in Psychology
There are many differences and diversities that exist within the field of psychology. Included within these influences of diversity is the understanding of behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Many issues of diversity are commonplace today as there are a plethora of differences (from religion to creed, race, and sex) that create diversity within the field of psychology. The massive umbrella that psychology covers is monumental when the subtopics of psychology are defined.
