Behaviourally Based Interview Questions

The behaviourally based type of interview questions are the different ways for the employers to get a brief over view about the employee experiences. The behaviour interview questions are asked to know the employee decision making abilities. These are asked to evaluate the candidate’s behaviours so they can know the candidates potential success.
