Every business in the world has their own up and down. If the business which we handle happen to fallen down, we need to get up quickly and learn from the mistake that the cause of the drop in business. However, there only a few entrepreneurs who has an ability to learn from the mistake that happens to their business. Usually, if the business happens to fall down, many entrepreneurs decide to give up their business. This is because, from their perceptive, if once the business falls down, there are a little chance that the business will become successful if they build it or start it again. According to himself, he admits it that everything happens is because of his own fault because he put too much trust toward his own employee to run his business. From that incident, he learns that he also need to play his own role as a CEO of the company in running the business owns his afford.
