• CASE HISTORY: Bellatrix Lestrange died at age 47 in the battle at Hogwarts. She was estranged from her brother, Sirius Black. She was married to a fellow death eater Rodolphus Lestrange. Bellatrix has been a death eater for as long as we know, and is one of the most faithful people to Voldemort. She is known for torturing Frank and Alice Longbottom until their brains were no longer able to function, and will be forever hospitalized. She also tortured Hermione Granger to gain information and threatened her with a knife. After killing her brother Sirius, Bellatrix walked away singing, "I killed Sirius Black! I killed Sirius Black!" She shows no remorse for any of her actions, and is actually quite proud of what she has done. She doesn't try to hide her criminal activity and is not ashamed of it. Through her life, she never tried to seek help.

A. There is a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others occurring since age 15 years, as indicated by three (or more) of the following: 1. Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest. Examples: Being a Death Eater, in which she goes around torturing and killing anyone that is not a pureblood, tries to help purebloods, or anyone associated with Harry Potter. Also, she kills or tortures anyone she doesn't like. Plus, she escaped from prison and was constantly on the run from the ministry in fear of being sent back to Azkaban. 2. Deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure. Not Shown 3. Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead. Examples: Though intelligent, Bellatrix was easily distracted and had a strong temper.
