Bellhop and Pretty Flower
Disney World
It was three o’clock in the afternoon when I heard a sudden yell,” Its time to go!”I got my suitcase and put it in the car. I made sure everybody was out of the house then was ready to go to the “Wonderful World of Disney”.

Finally we arrived at the hotel around three o’clock in the morning of the next day. The hotel was about a mile away from Disney world. There was a bell boy about my age who gave me a flower and said,” A pretty flower for a pretty girl.” my dad didn’t like that at all. After he left, we went straight to bed so we could get a good nights rest for the big day tomorrow.

When we woke up, I put my clothes on and put the flower that the bellboy gave me in my hair, and then we set out. When we got in the gates of Disney world, we were waiting in line to ride the tea cups, when I felt a sudden sting on my neck, face, and on top of my head. I turned around and they were bees and wasps. I started swatting and then running I ran out of the waiting line all the way into a brick wall.

About one minute later my mom and dad came and took the flower out of my hair. The brick wall I ran into was beside a restaurant .i went into the restaurant looking like an oompa loompa. My mom asked the waiter for a couple bags of ice. A few hours later the swelling went down and we all went on roller coasters.

I learned to never run and swat at bees and wasps because they will sting you. I learned to never panic because they will panic an all they can do is sting you.

For twelve years I got to see everything she did. We went to Disneyland once! It was awesome! My favorite ride was Splash Mountain. First, we went into the boat thing. Markie was in front of us and Randall behind us. They are her brothers. We creaked up the slope and turned left. We went to the right and through a short tunnel. Small figures were everywhere, as we slowly went up a steep hill. When we got to the top water was all over the place. I had wondered why. KA-BOOM!!!!!!! We were going down the biggest hill ever! Water was getting in my hair. Markie, Lisa, and Randall were screaming at the top of their lungs. Thirty feet, twenty feet ten feet, SPLASH!!!! I got so wet, that I wouldn’t have to take bath for a month! The water was up to Lisa’s feet in the boat. It was slow for the rest of the ride, but there was a lot of chatter going on, but mom ands dad looked scared. “Want to go on It’s a small world?” asked Helen. Melvin just nodded.…

We then put a pillow under my foot to elevate and cushion it for pain. My mom got an icepack from the freezer to try to bring down the swelling. After about thirty minutes the pain died down. he first pulsar was discovered by chance by Jocelyn Bell and Anthony Hewish in 1967 who were actually studying distant galaxies at the time. Jocelyn Bell noticed small pulses of radiation when their telescope was looking at a particular position in the sky and for a short time scientists thought they might be coming from an extra-terrestrial civilisation. In fact the source of these pulses were initially referred to as LGM1, Little Green Man 1. Once established that the signals were not of this origin (and also not caused by people on Earth), the unidentified object they were coming from was called a "pulsar" because the emission was pulsed. The pulsar discovered by Bell and Hewish is now called PSR B1919+21: PSR stands for Pulsating Source…

One very long month later, everyone's bags were packed and we was off to Tennessee! After five lengthy hours and passing through a time zone, I spotted the breathtaking view of Nashville. As we entered our hotels parking lot, I got out of the car and stared in awe of all the bright colorful lights and building against the dark night sky. It was stunning. My family and I walked into the hotel to be greeted by a welcoming smile from the lady behind the desk. We got our room keys and went to out room. It was decorated with pictures of guitars and a warm welcoming goldish yellow wallpaper. Although it was already nine o'clock, our night had just began.…

In the cab ride to the hospital, all I could think about was what was wrong with me as I looked at the buildings zooming out of sight.…
