Personality: Type a (Extroverts) Type A personality types are called Extroverts. People with this personality choice lack in patience's and tend to get frustrated fairly easy/short tempered, they are excessively self-critical, but have a strong urge towards competition and a high desire to accomplish tasks. Achievements are extremely important for Extroverts as they always want to perform to the best of their ability/stand out from the crowd and look impressive, however extroverts experiences high levels of anxiety when things do not go according to plan or if they are disrupted by another individual. For example if an Extrovert individual is revising for an exam and suddenly gets distracted, they are most likely to stop revising and become more involved with the surroundings around them then after, if they did not achieve the grade they was expected then they would become very self-critical but also exaggerate and blame certain individual that distracted them from revising in the past tense. However Introverts are not so good at multi-tasking so overloading them with of a lot of tasks will easily stress them out. They are very calm and composed and usually have a great deal of self-control, they are not
