Beowulf Vs Movie Essay
My first impression about this movie Beowulf 2007 it was okay, the acting was good but, not amazing the rating of this movie was 6/10 and won 2 awards, and 17 nominations. For my opinion they should do live action instead of 3d animation and stay focus the setting of the story and the person who directed the movie Beowulf 2007 was Robert Zemeckis, he was the writer of Back to the Future part I,II,III and producer of The Polar Express. The beginning of the movie all based on literature version . However there was sightly changes throughout the movie than the literature version of the story. The literature version of the story Beowulf fought Grendel’s mother and defeated her and fighting a dragon in his old age but, the movie version Grendel’s mother was seducing Beowulf and having Beowulf fighting a dragon that who was his son. The movie Beowulf 2007 most main character was courage and fame.
The setting of Beowulf 2007 the movie Beowulf have different traits than literature version of Beowulf. The movie version Beowulf felt guilty accepting the crown for have child with Grendel’s mother and literature version he show loyalty and honor, Beowulf was courage to fight Grendel’s mother and defeated her.
