Introduction
Innovation have made possible for the operations of the computer easy enough in processing record system such as, inquiring data. Holy Trinity College of General Santos City has increased in student’s population and at the same time, the number of works of the Supreme Student Council and student billing inquiries to be processed has also increased. One of the responsibilities of the SSC is to extract the student’s attendance in every activity they have facilitate, and every semester the students must be registered to the said office.
Statement of the Problem
1 General The manual distribution of Supreme Student Council of Billing Statement to the students of Holy Trinity College of General Santos City.
2 Specific
The long process of inquiry of Billing Statement are inconvenient, tiresome and at some instances are time consuming and costly. The students need to go directly to Supreme Student Council in order to inquire their bill.
Objectives of the Study

To develop a mobile application for android phone an inquiry application for Supreme Student Council of Holy Trinity College of General Santos City.
2. Specific
To develop a system that will lessen the Supreme Student Council tasks in entertaining student.
To develop a system that can able to inquire billing statement automatically.
To develop a system that will shorten the process of inquiry of billing statement.
To develop a system that can able the student to inquire billing statement online.
To develop a system that can inquire billing statement via android phone.
Scope
The inquiry of bill can be done through any android phones.
The students can inquire bill via android phone by entering a student ID number.
