ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND

4.1 Background of the Study
4.1.1 History
GMF Medical and Lying-in Clinic were founded by Dr. Milagros T. Barzaga and Mr. Gelacio L. Barzaga in 1994. They started out as a small clinic located at Dasmariñas city, Cavite. The name of their company was derived from the name of their son and daughter. In 1995 they added the X-ray laboratory and in 1996 they also started offering laboratory examinations.
4.1.2 Vision and Mission
Vision
To be the preferred primary health care facility by the community in and around the City of Dasmariñas Cavite.
Mission
To deliver immediate and effective medical attention to all its patient and patrons at all times.
4.1.3 Goals and Objectives The main goal and objective of GMF medical and lying-in clinic is to render good services to the patients.

4.4 Job Description and Expert
Medical Director - is a physician who provides guidance, leadership, oversight and quality assurance for the practice of local paramedics and EMTs within a predefined area. The medical director is generally responsible for either the creation of protocols for treatment by paramedics or providing leadership to the group of physicians who assist with the provision of medical oversight depending on which model of service delivery and which model of medical control are operating.
Administrator - is the title of the general manager or company secretary who reports to a corporate board of directors. In general, administration refers to the broader management function, including the associated finance, personnel and MIS services.
Administration Officer - An employee in this class is responsible for liaison and public relations assignments which include contact with the public, officials and top-level management. Incumbents may supervise an administrative support staff or serve as
