Biography and Human Resource Management
My name is Laura although soon it will be Laura Carter again. Carter is my maiden name, it’s also my youngest son 's first name. I recently got divorced from my second husband of 11 years. It’s kind of funny though because we are better friends now then we ever were. I am from North Idaho but have been living in Central Washington at Moses Lake. I moved here in May so that I could be here for my two youngest boys who live with their daddy. I use my ex 's computer during the day for classes so I can be here for the boys when they get out of school, then I go to my apartment in the evenings. I have three kids...Chadd is 25 and lives in Spokane WA., Hayden Myles is 11, and Carter Theodore is 8. My daughter Madison passed away in Feb of 2007, she was born 4 and 1/2 months early, weighed 1 lb. 6 oz. she was beautiful and I never dreamed she wouldn 't make it. Unfortunately 27 days later she passed on, her lungs were not able to support her tiny little body, so I had to make the hardest decision of my life. It took 6 minutes for her tiny heart to stop beating after they removed life support. She is an angel among us now!!! It took me about 10 months to jump back into life and that 's when I enrolled at UOP. So last night was the end of my first year. I did it!!! I have worked really hard to get to this point. I was born in Monterey CA. I have 2 sisters and 1 younger brother. I am the youngest girl. We moved to North Idaho when my dad retired from the US Coast Guard, I was 13. I was married to my first husband at 15 and had my oldest son at 16. I did not graduate HS in 1985 but I did get my GED in 1993. Although I still go to all my high school reunions...LOL. I have made some big mistakes in life which took me to prison for 4 years, my two youngest boys were 1 yr and 3 yr. when I left and came back to a 4yr old and 6yr old. I wouldn 't trade one minute of anything I have been through though. It was tough times but it has made me who I am today and I am happier

It was back on August 24, 1995 at 9; 07 am when I brought into this world by Maria White-Dumas and Stanley. Their first born child then a minute later my twin popped out. Since that day I have been here in Atlanta, GA where I reside at 1978 Phillips Drive. There on my parents have made two additions to our family; my 15 year old brother Jahmal and my 12 year old brother Chris. I can honestly say my family is the greatest thing in the world. My mom is a Purchasing Agent for United Distributors, and my dad is an ISS teacher at King Middle School and South Atlanta High School’s Head Baseball and Softball coach. And with a family of all boys and crazy different personalities I have much respect for my parents for continuing to love us and put up with us. Then you have to move on……

The purpose of the study was to compare a walking exercise to a stretching exercise program during pregnancy in high-risk women who were sedentary and had previous history of preeclampsia. The problem was clearly stated and was a feasible researchable problem. The problem had significance for nursing and for the medical profession and might improve practice and education. While the researcher does a good job of stating why the problem is important, it could have been helpful for him to list numbers of people who are affected by preeclampsia and complications of the disease itself.…
