One reason for this is if you are unhappy with a decision from a particular court you can appeal your case to a higher court. Another reason for the existence of the court hierarchy is the doctrine of precedent. This allows courts higher in the hierarchy to create a precedent that all lower courts must follow, making sure all cases are heard in a similar manner. Many scholars, writers, and poets have pondered the question, “Was Shakespeare really Shakespeare?” They’ve done the research, analyzed his works, and compared it to other writers of the time, and there is some pretty damning evidence convincing us that William Shakespeare really isn’t William Shakespeare. What we could assume about his education shows that in school, he was taught reading and writing and not much else. William did not travel very far from his home, leaving us to think “How did someone with little education and even littler knowledge about the countries he “wrote” about, write such marvelous and wonderful pieces of work?” Perhaps “William Shakespeare” was a pseudonym for a more profound, more skilled writer such as Christopher Marlowe or Francis Bacon. Undoubtedly, William Shakespeare is not William Shakespeare someone with very little life experience, and education could not have written such intricately…

Considering Shakespeare is such a famous figure, it is remarkable how little we actually know about his life. In fact, some critics have suggested that this is one reason for his continuing success or for the ‘cult’ of ‘The Bard’: if the man himself is a myth then he can be permanently recreated for many generations. However there are some details that we can identify with relative confidence. Shakespeare was born in 1564, probably on April 23rd as he was baptised on the 26th. He was born in Stratford-upon-Avon in the county of Warwickshire where his father was a glover and alderman. He received a good education at the local grammar school, the Kings New School, where boys were taught Latin grammar and classical texts (he later used Latin sources for the plots of some of his plays, for example Titus Andronicus refers to Ovid’s tales Metamorphoses).…

William Shakespeare was born in 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon, England, northwest of London, to John Shakespeare and Mary Arden. William's father made his living primarily as a tanner and a glover but also traded wool and grain from time to time. John Shakespeare also served in various offices, including high bailiff (like a mayor), the city's highest public office. In the mid-1570s, John Shakespeare's fortune began to decline mysteriously (some say it was because of his wife's Catholicism, although that claim is unsubstantiated), and it was largely mortgages made on properties Mary brought to the marriage that helped to sustain the family.…
