2. Longneck Lagoon is located in Scheyville National Park, 12km North East of Windsor. The national park is made up of 950 hectares of Cumberland Plain Vegetation and it consist of many type of pest plants such as African olive, blackberry and lantana, vines such as balloon vine and bridal creeper etc. There have been over 140 animal species recorded at the park such as vulnerable swift parrot and turquoise parrot and the endangered regent honeyeater.
There are many different land use is included in the Longneck Lagoon such as:
Farming – Horse and cattle grazing, poultry farms
2-3 hectare properties – hobby farms
A small urban area formerly attached to the Army Officer Training Camp

Aquatic environment is a term refers to the environment and water surroundings such as ponds, ocean and this determine if such animal is able to produce offspring or whether if it will survive in that specific conditions and this includes:
PH – to test if its in the variable range
Turbidity – pollution; effects the amount of sunlight; what type of species all live in that environment
Temperature – variable range for organisms
Ammonia – effect what is living in there
Salinity – effect the species present
