Biopsychosocial Approach Analysis
The four big ideas are critical thinking, the biopsychosocial approach, the two-track mind, and exploring human strengths.
Critical thinking to me means to ask questions and to evaluate things, whether it is a situation, thought, etc. it is wise to critically think.
The biopsychosocial approach to me means that biological behavior is part of the default human characteristics but the things that change our behaviors are beliefs, morals, culture, etc. There are three different types of areas of the biopsychosocial approach, one being the biological area, the next being the psychological, and last but not least the social-cultural.
The two-track mind to me means that we have different levels of the mind, one being the subconscious part of the
