Human Resources management is a portion of a business that is responsible for the recruitment, management, and giving the direction to the employees of a business. They also are the department one would speak to in regards to pay. They also assist once an employee is hired, managing employee performance, the safety and wellness of the employees, benefits (such as retirement and health insurance), and training. Consider your place of employment, for my position with my career, when I applied, I received an e-mail from the HR department that is based out of Kansas, even though the position I was applying for was in Texas. All of the correspondence that I had while in the “hiring process” was done with the Human Resources department in Kansas. They sent me letters regarding the physical(s) I had to take, requests for my medical records, and finally, the final offer for employment. The individuals who trained me knew little about me other than what they witnessed in the interview, which was alas, also conducted by HR, in
