It packs a lot of necessary information into only a few pages and it lacks all of the jaron and rambling that most of the scientific articles that I read contained. It starts of by simply explaining what allergic rhinitis is then it get’s a bit more specific covering topics such as the symptoms, causes, risk factors, and diagnosing of Hay Fever. Then it goes further into treatment options and ways for allergy sufferers to reduce the impact of Hay Fever. The author included scientific evidence and studies published by various medicals journals such as The Medical Journal of Australia and The American Academy of Otolaryngology in his article which made it all the more
