Blankenship informed me of the following:
- Shunta Webb had given him a $20 bill this morning and asked him to go but her a pack of L&M menthol 100’s from Southside Sinclair.
- He agreed and went to Sinclair and they were out of that kind of cigarette.
- He then went to Casey’s south to get the cigarettes and when he went to pay they advised him the bill was fake.
- They told him he needed to stay and speak with an officer however he became nervous so he left.
- When he got back to 1721 Marshal Street he told Webb what had happen.
- Webb told him she did not know the bill was fake and began to make some phone calls.
- Webb left walking and a short time
later she came back and told him she talked to the black girl at Casey’s and she said everything was fine.
- He did not tell Webb a black female was working.
- Webb had stayed at the residence last night but she does not live there.
- He believes Webb is homeless and does not know where she is at this time.\
- He does not know where Webb got the bill from.
