Body Mass Index BMI is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems. BMI needs height and weight because not every body is the same and each body has a different structure than other . for example a person that measure 7” and weights 260 doesn’t have a similar body if a person of 5” weights 250 therefore there risks health risk are different .

According to these calculation I am obese and I need to lose weight because my health is in risk . To achieve these goal I need to make a dietary plan because my metabolism is slow . the reason why u say my metabolism is slow is because I only eat twice a day lunch and dinner and because of that my metabolism is slow . Another thing that is affecting me is that there is more intake of energy and less output of energy . In my new dietary plan I will only eat 1800 calories per day that way I will lose weight slowly and my metabolism will start working faster .
