The NGER Technical Guidelines provide 4 methods for reporters to select for the estimation of emissions. Method 1, which is called the National Greenhouse Accounts default method, specifies the use of designed factors in the estimation of emissions. This method is usually used by reporters to calculate emissions resulting from the combustion of homogenous or similar fuel across most facilities. Method 2 is a facility-specific method that uses industry sampling and Australian or international standards listed in the Determination or equivalent for analysis of fuels and raw materials. It can provide more accurate estimates of emissions at facility level. It is likely to be useful for fuels with several variability in key qualities. Method 3 is also a facility-specific method which uses Australian or international standards for both sampling and analysis of fuels and raw materials. The similarity of method 2 and 3 is that the application of Australian and international documentary standards provide a benchmark for procedures for analysis. However, method 3 requires reporters additionally to comply with documentary standards for sampling, as well as documentary standards for analysis of fuels. Method 4 is about the direct monitoring of emission system either on a continuous or periodic basis. It can provide a higher level of accuracy in certain circumstances depending on the emissions process.…

Firstly, the launch of the BMW Z3 is significant for the company as it helped the company inch closer towards their long term goal in becoming a global brand. Prior to the introduction of BMW Z3, the most common mindset of the general public about BMW is that the superior quality of their products are due to the fact that it was made in Germany. With the Z3 manufactured in Spartanburg USA, BMW can show that they can be a successful global company by manufacturing at strategic locations even when it’s not in Bavaria. Much of BMW’s success has derived from cultivating the concept of an entrepreneurial culture. They have adapted the idea to provide a place where workers feel connected, feel more like a family, and where work is compared to a lifestyle. “From the moment they set foot inside the company, associates experience a sense of place, history, and mission” (Hellriegel & Slocum, 2009, p. 522). The conversation and communication can be formal, but often informal. Decisions are made and ideas are voiced from all members of the team to come up with a great product. All employees work side by side and treated equal.…

The name BMW came from Karl Friedrich Rapp, who was a Bavarian but well known as an engineer in 1916. BMW stands for Bayersiche Motoren Werke (Bavarian Motor Works) and its first appearance was actually in an aircraft engine. In 1917 this 6 cylinder Type IIIa went into production. When the Treaty of Versailles was signed and it forced them to stop production because it prohibited BMW from making aircraft engines in 1919. So they started to build air brakes for railway cars. But again in 1922 they began to start production on aircrafts and later on they had world records in aviation. The BMW logo was first introduce in 1920 and it was based on circular design of an aircraft propeller. After the aircraft engines, BMW started making motorcycles in 1923 making over 3,000 in 3 years. As we all know BMW is known for their cars and in 1928 production of cars began. BMW AM 4(Ausfuhrung Munchen 4 Gauge) was the first model that went into production in 1932.
