The book I chose to read was “When I Say No, I Feel Guilty” by Manuel J. Smith. The first thing to stand out to me in this book was it seemed a little outdated. Even though the writing style and the examples appeared to be from a different era, I was still able to see how different points were relevant today and to me personally. This title screamed my name when I was browsing the list of choices because no matter what I am saying no to, I always feel guilty.…

The first chapter in this book by Dale Carnegie, he wanted us to come with one thing, although he gave many examples like poems and incidents that happened between people he started the book by using a personal example. The letter was used to explain and easily catch our attention because ultimately he made that personal connection which puts us at the same level as everyone else. Making it seem a possible thing to be yourself rather than making it seem like you need a PhD to become yourself.…

The purpose of this assignment is to discuss how the organizational and operational structures of a business are influenced by eBusiness strategy. All too often, companies feel compelled to jump head first into digital marketplaces, missing out on opportunities. These same companies are then challenged with a new way of processing standard transactions that become not so standard anymore. eBusiness allows a business to perform many daily routine tasks automatically and remotely. Businesses now must consider these automated tasks when staffing, as fewer employees are needed to monitor systems to ensure that all is going as planned.…

My favorite Movie would be taken. Taken is about a 17 year old girl that travels to France alone with her 19 year old friend to follow a band around Europe. She wanted to substantiate to her father she was mature enough to be by herself. Her father is a CIA operative who sets about tracking down his daughter after being kidnapped by Human Traffickers; he is very surreptitious about his Job. Arriving in Paris a kidnapper scout named Peter offers to share a cab with them. At the apartment, Kim the 17 year old discovers the cousins who where suppose to be but they are not. While calling her father, she discovers Amanda being kidnapped by intruders. Her father tells her to go to the nearest room and hide under the bed and he gives her specific instructions on what to do next. The men go into the room and kidnap her as well. The intruders got onto the phone and her father said “I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money (insolvent). But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you”. The kidnapper says “good luck” and the phone was soon destroyed. He wanted clemency on his daughter that had just been taken. He was an exemplary CIA agent that not a lot of people can do. Soon after that happened he went to where the girls where and when he got there it looked like a heist. He meandered the whole entire house. He was totally appalled by the fact that his daughter has just been taken and he only has 96 hours to find her until she is gone forever. Those people where very negligent against his daughter. He scrutinize…
