This report is created to inform the reader about the Macquarie Center Boost juice with details of how a franchise agreement can be made with Boost Juice.
Franchise Agreement
The term of initial franchise agreement with Boost Juice is seven years with an option to renew for a further two terms of seven years. As part of the franchise agreement the franchisee must pay an ongoing royalty fee of 8% + GST of the monthly sales. Boost Juice provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to all franchisees as part of the contract and also provides a Franchise Business Consultant who may be consulted on enquiries. Boost also provides a list of suppliers that may be used but the franchisee does not need to stick to the list; they may get their supplies sourced locally if given permission by Boost Juice.
History
Boost Juice Bars was formed in 2000 by Janine Allis with the first store located in Adelaide, South Australia. The company has expanded internationally with stores in Asia, Europe, Russia and the Middle East through franchising.
In May 2006, Boost Juice ceased operations in New Zealand after the franchisor that operated them went into liquidation. The stores then were sold to Tank Juice who operates them under the Tank brand.
In 2007, Boost Juice Bars signed an agreement with the founders of Millies Cookies to launch the brand in the United Kingdom and by the end of the year had expanded into Kuwait, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
In 2011 Boost Juice signed a franchise agreement with Rivoli Sinha and Dev Agrawal, the directors of the Joost Food Ventures, for their expansion into India.
