Q 22. Elucidate Henri Fayol’s Principal Of Management.

Ans:- The real foundation of modern management science was laid by Henri Fayol. He believed that there was a “single administrative science” whose basic principles could be used in all management situations. Fayol proposes that all operations in business organization can be classified under six headings:-
(i) Technical,
(ii) Commercial,
(iii) Financial,
(iv) Security,
(v) Accounting and
(vi) Administrative.
