A GUN OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
AMERICANS ENJOY A RIGHT THAT CITIZENS OF MANY
OTHER COUNTRIES DO NOT—THE RIGHT TO OWN
FIREARMS. BUT WITH THIS RIGHT COME
RESPONSIBILITIES. IT IS THE GUN OWNER’S
RESPONSIBILITY TO STORE, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN HIS
OR HER FIREARMS SAFELY. IT IS THE GUN OWNER’S
RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT UNAUTHORIZED OR
UNTRAINED INDIVIDUALS CANNOT GAIN ACCESS TO HIS
OR HER FIREARMS. AND IT IS THE GUN OWNER’S
RESPONSIBILITY TO LEARN AND OBEY ALL APPLICABLE
LAWS THAT PERTAIN TO THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION
AND USE OF A FIREARM IN HIS OR HER LOCALE. GUNS
ARE NEITHER SAFE NOR UNSAFE BY THEMSELVES.
WHEN GUN OWNERS LEARN AND PRACTICE
RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNERSHIP, GUNS ARE SAFE.

Summary of Findings: On April 9, 2015, the following investigation to place at the forensic lab located in Madison Wisconsin, where I was given a Bid rigging and Cyber-Stalking case to investigate pertaining to two companies (Denver Construction Inc.) that is operated in Colorado and (Dells Construction) that operates in Wisconsin. I was also given instruction to research a real-world bid rigging current event. After analyzing the information that was presented to me about both companies, I first attempted to analyze the case of bid rigging which is a scheme in which businesses collude so that a competing business can secure a contract for goods or services at a pre-determined price. Bid rigging stifles free-market competition, as the rigged price will be unfairly high. The Sherman Act of 1890 makes bid rigging illegal under U.S. antitrust law. Bid rigging is a felony punishable by fines, imprisonment or both.…

When we have reached old age and reminisce of days long ago, will we look back on ourselves and note the changes we have gone through? Is it possible that we are exactly the same person we were dozens of years ago, or have certain parts of our personalities changed while other parts have stayed the same? In civilian training, the NRA continues to be the leader in firearms education. Over 125,000 certified instructors now train about 1 million-gun owners a year. Courses are available in basic rifle, pistol, shotgun, muzzleloading firearms, personal protection, even ammunition reloading. Additionally, nearly 7,000 certified coaches are specially trained to work with young competitive shooters. While acknowledged today as a major interest group defending Second Amendment rights for citizens, the NRA has been the main firearms education organization in the world. The NRA’s mission statement explains that their fighting cause is, "To protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, especially with reference to the inalienable right of the individual American citizen guaranteed by such Constitution to acquire, possess, collect, exhibit, transport, carry, transfer ownership of, and enjoy the right to use arms." The statement also includes a focus on promoting safety, training in the handling of small arms, hunter safety, and shooting sport…
