Since opening in a suburb of a major metropolitan area two years ago, Pablo’s Pepper Pizza has consistently had a huge line of customers waiting for a table. Pablo, the owner, attributes this to his strong belief that customers are entitled to high quality food at inexpensive prices. His brand promise is to consistently create a fun, family-oriented environment centered around great food that won’t break the budget. This idea is demonstrated at many different touchpoints with customers. Parents can enjoy the $5.00 all-you-can-eat pizza and salad buffet while watching the game on the television screen. Kids receive a complimentary activity book along with a packet of crayons and unlimited trips to the dessert bar stocked with fruit, pizza, and cookies. From time to time, Pablo even personally invites the children to watch the pizzas being made through a glass window. The employees seem to enjoy this as much as the children do, especially when the children smile as the pizza dough is tossed high into the air. It’s a good thing, too – a friendly attitude is stressed at weekly staff meetings. During this time, Pablo also reminds the cooks to keep a fresh supply of a variety of pizzas on the buffet line, and he instructs the bussers to quickly clear dirty plates from the tables. All this must be working because the place is still packer!…

In my opinion, Texas decided to leave the American Union because its fear of isolation from majority of the union, particularly the north. Also, escalation of fear and paranoia already took Texas by storm due to talk of the abolition of slavery. Lincoln won the presidential election of 1861 and the Republicans took control of the executive branch. With the Republicans now “strong enough in numbers”, Texas feared their rights would be taken for granted and the union would only fulfill the northern states wishes. Texas doubt was not without reason as Lincoln argued that all territories should be free and not allow slavery.…

There are several reasons mergers are appealing to companies. Mergers can diversify company’s interests similar to an individual’s stock portfolio thus reducing its overall risk. Mergers also can serve as a source of growth for a company, instead of a company reinvesting its returns into growing its own company at a rate in which the company can’t handle it can acquire one that has steady growth like itself and grow them both at a reasonable rate. It is also beneficial to companies that merger because they create added value through synergies, economies of scale, and better management.…

With respect to the modernized lifestyle, more and more city residents are suffering from sub-health. To avoid the sequence of sub-health, conscious consumers demand more natural and healthier products. Innocent is a remarkable brand of healthy food.
