PER REPORTER: Brandy’s uncle Darwin told Ms. Anonymous and Lee that Brandy is on drugs. He told them that she is on meth, cocaine, and weed. Ms. Anonymous is unsure if Brandy does the drugs around her kids. Brandy does take care of her children. It is unknown if she feeds the children properly. Darwin also told Lee that Brandy left the children with her mom and moved to another state. It is unknown how long the children have been with there grandmother. It is also unknown if Brandy left the children with the proper things needed to care for them. Brandy’s husband Elton told Darwin that he was going to see about getting Brandy some help for her drug abuse. Brandy has tried to get money from Darwin, but Lee and Ms. Anonymous told him not to give

    Most of the time the neighbor would come to Berry’s house to watch the child. On November 6, 1998 Jamie needed to go to a meeting. Jamie had not talked to Berry that day because he was very busy.
