My goal for this management plan is to pick up trash. I what to clean up the grounds around the campus and around the football field. If this is put into practice then the grounds will look all better for visitors and if will bring in diversity in the ecosystem.
The goal’s action plan is to pick up trash every monday and friday after school.
Volunteers are going to take part in a campus wide trash pickup. We are going to do this every week on monday and friday that way the grounds will look good for visitors and it reflect on the image of the student body and the school. The main strategy for this management plan is to break up in to eight groups of five. So this will require lots of help. The groups will split up in to eight sections of the campus. The Ditch, The
Bridge, The Creek, The Woods, The High school and Middle school, and The Football
Field and Practice Fields. II.
Steps for accomplishing this management plan
A. Step 1 Gain the help of volunteers and gather supplies for the helpers.
Some good ways of attracting help for the cause is to go to the clubs at the local high school. Some good clubs to reach out to are NHS,
FCCLA, DECA, FFA and others. B. Step 2Once all of the help is gathered then we can pick the dates for the help to start and end the trash pickup project. Materials are needed for this plan. They can either be bought or they can be detonated or brought from homes of the helpers. C. Step 3 Once all of the materials are gathers and collected then the helps can go out in their assigned sections on the campus and start their part of the trash pickup. D. Step 4 When groups have picked up all of the trash in their sections we will meet back the designated meeting place and all of the trash will be put together in one spot. E. Step 5 With all of the trash being in one spot we can take down to our local Recycling facility and will the money we earn from the trash we will then give it to the school. III.
How will this help out us and the school
A. This will help us and the school by creating an image for the student body and how we take care of our place of education. It will bring in all new wild wife to the campus ecosystem and that will also help the image that we here at Hermann High are will to create and set a name for ourselves. B. The success of this project will depend on all of the cooperation of the helpers each week and willingness to keep us with the demand for a clean environment and habitat for the animals and the student body.

Trash, garbage, junk, debris-all alternatively known as litter-scattered across the 268,597 square miles of Texas on our highways and landscapes. Where former First Lady Claudia Alta "Lady Bird" Johnson aspired to see bright and colorful wildflower blanketing the great Texas countryside, oftentimes we only see disturbing amounts of garbage. This is what I aim to change. In the thirty-eight total service hours I have dedicated to both Texas Adopt-A-Highway and school wide recycling the amount of litter that myself and the generous volunteers…
