My evidence that proves this statement goes as follows. Once Mr. Weaver drank the tea, one paragraph 480 he claimed to smell bitter almonds which is a smell that is released from cyanide poisoned victims. On paragraph 340 he noticed while he was signing the guest sign-in paper the landlady was moving pretty fast as if she was in a rush, this could have been her quickly inserting the cyanide into Mr.Weaver’s tea using the sign-in paper as a distraction. Weaver were the only two occupants, but after the poisoning told Mr.Weaver there were others like Mr.Temple and Mr.Mulholland. Furthermore, if there were anybody still in the Bed and Breakfast Mr.Weaver would have heard them moving around up there or seen them come down.
