Paper is mainly based on secondary data available from different published literature and case studies on broad band technologies and data is collected from the unstructured questionnaire is collected from various books, journals magazines and various search engines on internet to find relevant data in addition to and TRAI reports and various published sources of BSNL.

BSNL is providing always on service of Broadband to the various kinds of customers at very high speed. The technology used by BSNL is quiet uninterrupted and enjoyed by users of BSNL. Really the telecommunication has revolutionized the way of life for each individual
