The School manager is a web based student information management system application that manages the personal, Academic and school fees details of pupils in a particular academin institution like primary and secondary schools.
The School manager was designed with state of the art software engineering tools in the world of information technology to produce efficient results. The School manager is an efficient solution to the strenous work encountered by the management of schools in nigeria when searching for the details of their pupils and keeping hard copies of student details.
This software gives users the opportunity to keep track of the details of their students both offline and online, this application also allows access anywhere in world as long as theres internet connection and it is advisable for this reason for the school to have a functioning website.

2.0OVERVIEW OF SCHOOL MANAGER
The Figure below is a screenshot of the homepage of the school manager. It contains the following options in which the user can click to perform an operation.

2.1FINANCIAL SECTION
2.1.1 Pay Teller Into System
To enter a student’s teller into the database click on pay teller into databse on the dashboard the teller form will be displayed which every necessary details shall be inputted including a note for reference.

Fill in all informations correctly and click pay teller a copy of the receipt customised to the school’s pattern will be displayed and ready to print.
