Once there was a goddess named Amphitrite,she was the goddess of the sea, and there was a god named Poseidon, he was the god of the sea. They lived in Atlantis ,deep in the Mediterranean Sea. They lived in a castle made of solid gold and had every creature in the ocean worshiped them. Meanwhile in Oia, Santorini, Greece there lived twin siblings. A girl named Cecily and a boy named Axel. They lived in a white stucco cottage with a blue domed roof. One day Cecily and Axel went on a beachside walk, as they were walking Axel saw something shining in the sand. Being as mischievous as Axel was he went over to pick it up.Cecily warned Axel not to pick it up but Axel did not listen. Axel reached in the sand and pulled out a golden triton. Axel was astonished but Cecily was horrified. She knew that the goddess
She didn't find any new information until 3 days later. So the goddess searched for a boy named Axel, who was known for stealing things. After a few hours of searching for the mysterious boy she found him by a small creek outside of Oia, Santorini. She immediately went up and demanded her triton back. Axel was quite frightened because Amphitrite was known for having anger issues. He hesitantly handed back the fine golden triton back to its rightful owner. So Amphitrite returned back to Atlantis with her triton. On her trip back home she stopped by to thank the fish who had first helped her find the human who took her triton. The fish was very grateful for Amphitrite making time to thank him. She was so relieved and happy to finally have her triton back and so was her Poseidon. But to make sure that no humans think that they can take anything that belongs to an immortal,she made sure that the ocean always waved back and forth. Having the waves on the sea sent a warning to all the humans who visit the beach. So that's how the ocean got its
