PMBOK is a guide that sets a standard terminology and guideline for project management. It explains the processes and steps that overlap and interact throughout a project and its various stages. My projects come from a business need I get my customers and team involved early I take the time to plan out the project I document everything, meetings, instructions, goals I use open communication and allow people to approach me without reprisal I address all issues immediately and look for a resolution I am not afraid to replace bad people in the project I lead by example

Comments: I was the project manager for the rebranding and website creation. This project ran on budget but over the timeline due to external issues though at all times, stakeholders, business teams and project members were aware of setbacks and/or of their requirements. “The end result was been nothing but modern, brilliant and innovative,” quoted by Managing Director.
