I would also try to find out how committed they were to the counseling process and reaching a goal (Wubbolding, 2011). The next step would be to discuss behavioral direction. I would help the client review his or her overall direction by asking questions such as, where do you think you are going if you continue on the same path (Wubbolding, 2011, p.275). The third step in this counseling process is to help the client self-evaluate. Then after the client has self-evaluated then together we would develop a plan. I would probably use accomplish the WDEP procedures by the use of some tonic behaviors such as suspend judgment and establishing boundaries. I think by suspending judgment I can view the clients behaviors from a low level of perception (Wubbolding, 2011). This will help me to better be able to help the client fulfill his or her needs. Then by establishing boundaries it will keep the relationship professional, which will cause less ethical and legal issues. It will also give the client a chance to state which subjects they would rather not talk about.…

Here at the University of Kansas, that revolves mostly around student life, but also includes the Lawrence general public. Busing is advertised as a great tool that students have available to them for free, both during school hours and after. However despite busing being promoted for its convenience for students, the most commonly ridden bus route (red 43) stops running at 5:30pm on weekdays, and doesn’t run at all on weekends. Bus times are inconvenient, and this transportation method as a whole is not prioritized correctly; I believe the busing should be extended to a much later time in the evening, as well as 7 days a week.…

The truth behind the treatment plan is very important for both client and helper they are many reasons why that the client can stay motivated with what are her goals. For Belinda her goal is to become a nurse. But we have to dig a little more to see what her needs are so the agency could see what her needs are really. Another thing would be that she could us it a guide to see where does she stand in the hierarchy of need. The treatment could see if Belinda needs and what are her wants, also to see any other flaws that she has not seen or does not quite know how to explain it. In so doing the treatment plan it can also help both the helper and Belinda do some exploration for example her decision making, it also help her rearrange her goals as becoming a new mother or alternatives to what she could do. It more like a guide to Belinda…
