The Temple Puja is a gathering of followers to listen to teachings given by a teacher. This significant practice is where we see the principal beliefs and teachings made living to all Buddhist adherents. Puja refers to the refers to temple needs or regular organisation, therefore Puja is the way in which adherents engage with their religion like Catholics going to Mass. The purpose of Temple Puja is to strengthen one’s spirituality and reinforce their faith, in which the adherents are brought together to get closer to Nirvana by meditation, prayers, songs and rituals.
