Dear Nadia
Hey Bestie* I know that we usually message each other over Facebook, but I thought that it would be nice to send a letter to you. I don’t usually write letters, but since you are coming over to visit soon, I really want to reload you with the latest news :)
I hope you and the family are doing well, we are all fine here. I hope school is going well, yesterday my teacher told me that I came first in the grade again! :) I am really happy. I bet all your sports are doing really well at the moment – ballet’s going great ;) Kim recently gave up dancing as she feels she has outgrown it and did not want to be known as the “ballerina” and nothing else. It is sad, but I am carrying on as I am determined to get my pointe shoes really soon :D I have given up modern, for a while, as I haven’t really been enjoying it lately.
It was my teacher’s birthday today – she turned 42. She is probably one of the best teachers I've ever had! I love her so much :) We had a surprise party in the classroom for her and we had people on “Mrs Stewart Duty”, making sure she wasn’t coming :P Wow, I just realized how long it’s been since I even talked to you, it’s been forever!! I'm really excited that you're coming to visit in a few weeks. I've been planning everything. I am curious as to whether your whole family is coming to visit or just a few :)
Georgiana Askew and Jael McKenzie have made it into the Midlands hockey team, I know that because my friend Sarah is also in the Midlands hockey team. I am going to watch one of their matches soon, or Athlone’s first hockey team vs. Pelham’s first hockey team :D
