Bullying
Bullying is a violent behavior that is intentional and involves an imbalance of power or strength. Normally, it is repeated over time. Traditionally, bullying has involved actions such as physical bullying, verbal bullying, social isolation, or cyber bullying. Victims who are the target of the harassment, they are individuals who increasingly feel isolated, lonely, and hopeless.
Bullies maybe those who are hiding feeling of insecurity. They have a strong need of dominating others and usually don’t have sympathy on the victims they bully. Bystanders maybe involved in supporting the bully, maybe friends of the victims, or may simply be a witness to the action. Those who are by standers can experience feelings of guilt if they are drawn into bullying or don’t stand up for their friend. They often stay silent out of fear of becoming a target of this harassment. There are a lot of reasons why people bully. Bullies may have been bullied themselves or they have been bullied at their lifetime. People bully because it makes them superior to others. Sometimes people bully to get attention. Some people think it makes them popular, or that bullying may be a way to fit in, on the other hand it doesn’t make them popular at all. Bullying can occur in many different places. It can occur in schools which is the most common place. Children are not the only ones who bully each other. Adults can be bullies too and some bullying can occur in the work place. The computers and mobile devices have opened a complete new way for bullies to torment each other. Bullying that occur online through emails, phones, websites, text messages is called cyber bulling. Cyber bullying is becoming increasingly common these days. In my opinion, a solution for this harassment might be if anyone if bullied he or she must claim to the teacher or the police station.
To conclude my speech, bullying is an absolute horrible thing to do and is a form of torture that no one likes to go through,

Another area of bullying that is not always thought of or addressed when the topic is brought up is the bystanders, those who witness the acts of harassment. The final outcome of continuous bullying is sometimes as awful as suicide, something no teenager should even consider.
