We are required to do report on SWOT analysis based on company that we choice which will be covered the internal strengths and weakness and the external opportunities and threats. The company that I choice is Burberry Company. The type of Burberry Company is Public Company. Burberry is under Fashion industry. The founders of Burberry brand is Thomas Burberry. The headquarters of Burberry company is at London, England. Area that Burberry served is worldwide. The key people of this company is John Peace as the chairman, Angela Ahrendts as a CEO and Christopher Bailey as COO. Product that Burberry produce is Clothing, Accessories and Perfumes. The revenue of Burberry Company in 2012 is £1,857.2 million.

1.2 COMPANY BACKGROUND (a) BRAND
The Burberry is founded in 1856. Burberry brand logo is remains British. Digital luxury position and optimize across innovation medium of trench coat. The trademark of Burberry is a Prorsum knight icon making the brand pure and more compelling and more relevant globally, across gender and generations. (b) BUSINESS
Disciplined execution in Burberry company constant evolution and balance across channels, regions and products show the management of the business. The Burberry is innovative product design, good retail strategies and consistent performance.
