SWOT Analysis
The sample business plan that I have chosen for a SWOT analysis is clothing retail. I chose this plan because it is something that I want to start of my own one day and it would be good for me to understand more about a plan for one. The best way to go about this is to perform a SWOT analysis over the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company.

The company’s ownership isn’t under much noted people and so we aren’t really able to determine how effect they will be able to run the business. I also believe that they are leaning on the need of having a loan to start the company to much and may not be able to repay it in a timely manner. Competitors are

New managers bring value to strategic management as a formulator, implementer, or both (Draft, 2012/2010, p. 201).…

The apparel is designed with individual sophistication with a modern spin. Targeted for women and girls, the brand includes styles such as Tops, Dresses, Pants, Shirts, Skirts, Jackets and accessories with a glamorous touch. The status of the business should be stated (whether it is starting up, taking over or expanding). The investors are left to assume the type of business it is. The business form also needs to be addressed. It should be clarified whether it is a corporation, partnership, or a limited liability company. The chances of the business succeeding should also be analysed at this point. The experience the owners of the business have should be presented in order to offer just judgement concerning their hope for succeeding in running this business. The reasons why the owners believe the business will be a success should be clearly outlined here since any liable investor will not desire to give into investing in a hopeless business (Donald, 2004).…
