Abstract
This report is based on the system of communication that can be used in an organization in the name of Business Communication. In addition, it enlightens the main forms of communication used in the selected organization. Moreover, pinpointing the barriers of communication in the selected organization, their success factors, and recommendation for success factors and controlling the barriers.
INTRODUCTION
Communication is the transference and understanding of meanings. It serves four major functions within a group or organization: control, motivation, emotional expression, and information (Robbins, 2003). Good communication system is vital for any business for the smooth running of the business as communication takes place every day within an organization and its departments.
Background of the Company
It is now a popular diving destination with a beautiful house reef around the Island which is home to an abundance of marine life and has been attracting many tourists. The excellent ambience draws every visitor to discover a mythical wonderland that exists beneath the ocean waves. The extent of the
